Needlepoint
My work as a painter has always been about capturing light, place, and feeling — and needlepoint turned out to be another way to do exactly that. I design and paint all of my own canvases, translating those same instincts into a medium you can hold in your hands and stitch yourself. Below you'll find a selection of my canvases and pricing for premade, modified, and fully custom designs. To purchase a premade design, visit the store. My designs are all on 13 mesh canvas – perfect for beginners or experienced stitchers alike!

Custom Canvas Process
Every custom canvas begins with a conversation. Whether you have a clear vision or just a feeling you want to capture, I work closely with you to translate your ideas into a hand-painted needlepoint canvas that is entirely your own.
What I can create for you:
A portrait of a beloved home, vacation house, or meaningful place, painted from a photo you provide
A design inspired by a wedding venue, ceremony space, or reception detail — a beautiful anniversary gift that holds the memory of a special day
A canvas drawing from a cherished object: a piece of jewelry, a family heirloom, a pattern or textile with personal significance
A fully original composition built from your description, inspiration images, or mood
How it works:
A $50 deposit is required to begin the custom design process. This deposit is non-refundable and goes toward the final cost of your canvas.
Share your inspiration. Send me photos, references, or a description of what you have in mind. The more context you can give — colors you love, the feeling you're going for, who the piece is for — the better.
I'll send you a design sketch for review. Once I have a clear sense of your vision, I'll create an initial design and share it with you before any painting begins. Design typically takes 2–3 weeks from our initial conversation.
We refine together. Your base custom price includes up to 2 design revisions (changes to motifs, composition, or elements) and up to 10 color edits. Additional revisions are $50 each; additional color edits are $10 each.
Full payment is required at this point. Once you've approved the final design and payment is received, I'll begin painting your canvas. Painting takes approximately 2–3 weeks.
Your canvas ships. I'll share a photo of the finished piece before it ships. Please allow approximately 1 week for delivery once your canvas is on its way.
In total, please plan for approximately 5–7 weeks from the start of our conversation to arrival at your door. If you have a specific date in mind — a birthday, anniversary, or holiday — I'm happy to work backward with you to make sure we have enough time.
